Shivam brings over a decade of experience in renewable energy finance and development, with more than $2 billion in capital deployed and 2 GW of transactions across offtake agreements, supply chain procurement, and M&A activity spanning over 15 projects.
His work has focused primarily on utility-scale wind and solar, with deep experience across the Midwest, New York, Texas, California and the Eastern U.S. Shivam’s background combines financial rigor with hands-on development insight, supporting projects from early development through execution and commercialization.
Prior to co-founding Vāyu Energy, Shivam held roles at leading renewable energy firms including Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, Ørsted and Marathon Capital, where he worked across utility-scale wind, solar, battery storage and natural gas assets. Shivam’s experience covers development, financing, investment and advisory mandates.

Elon brings over 20 years of renewable energy development experience across the Midwest, Southern U.S., and Pacific Northwest.
He has led more than 2 GW of successful greenfield wind developments, including pioneering the first wind project ever developed and constructed in Mississippi—a milestone that required deep regulatory, stakeholder, and execution expertise.
Most recently, Elon founded and built a renewable energy consulting firm providing early- through late-stage development advisory services, supporting projects from site origination through execution.
Earlier in his career, Elon held senior development and consulting roles at leading firms including E.ON, EDPR, Onyx, and ICF International, where he developed a strong foundation in disciplined project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Ben is currently the CEO and co-founder of Monarch Energy, a powered land development firm. Previously, Ben has worked at some some of the largest energy development companies, including: Enel Green Power, Orsted and Coronal-Panasonic. His work focused on roles in engineering, project development, corporate development, M&A and power marketing.
Ben has most enjoyed creating value from untouched land and partnering with local communities to bring projects to life.
